The mission of the Secure Organization Building Educational Recovery, Inc. (S.O.B.E.R.) is to provide a secure, educational, and spiritual living environment to those unfortunate men, whose lives have been destroyed by an addiction to drugs and/or alcohol, serious about their recovery.

Secure Organization Building Educational Recovery, Inc. is organizecd exclusively for educational and charitable purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
