The Secure Organization Building Educational Recovery,
Inc. is a non-profit Christian
Fellowship Home
for those men serious
about recovery
from the grip of addiction.
Incorporated December 17, 2004 one man’s vision to share the gift
of recovery
with others began to become reality.
Four years later,
working
on faith and public donations,
the main home is still under construction.
Once construction is completed the home will house fifteen men.
However, eight men in recovery are now at home.
They are living in a mobile
home
on the property until construction of the main home can be completed.
Our program is based on complete abstinence from alcohol and drugs.
Through
spirituality, honesty, education, and 12-step programs we believe recovery
is possible.
We believe addiction is a disease that not only affects the abuser, but
also affects the family.
Through this program we believe lives can be
restored and families rebuilt.
Our goal is to provide a secure living environment and offer support to
those in recovery,
and to educate their families and friends as well as
the public on the disease of addiction.
